1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NoFee ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
NoFee is an online marketplace that connects clients seeking to hire freelancers with freelancers seeking work. The Platform facilitates the connection between parties but does not directly employ freelancers or guarantee the quality of work.
Important: NoFee is a facilitator only. We are not an employer, employment agency, or staffing service. All work arrangements are directly between clients and freelancers.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Obligations
4.1 For Clients
- Provide clear and accurate job descriptions
- Pay freelancers as agreed upon for completed work
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Communicate professionally with freelancers
- Provide honest reviews based on actual work experiences
4.2 For Freelancers
- Accurately represent your skills and experience
- Deliver work as agreed with the client
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- Post fraudulent job listings or proposals
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Share false or misleading information
- Attempt to bypass Platform fees or policies
- Engage in illegal activities
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Interfere with the Platform's operation
- Scrape or collect user data without permission
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Post content that infringes intellectual property rights
6. Payments and Fees
NoFee charges a 2% platform fee to clients. This fee can be paid upfront (for budget verification) or anytime during the project. Only verified/paid jobs count on work history and enable reviews.
Direct Payments: The Platform does not process payments between clients and freelancers. All payments for freelance work are made directly between parties using their agreed-upon payment methods. NoFee is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, freelancers retain ownership of their work until full payment is received. Upon payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
All Platform content, including logos, design, and functionality, is owned by NoFee and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Receive consistent negative feedback
- Remain inactive for extended periods
- Pose a risk to other users or the Platform
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NOFEE DOES NOT GUARANTEE:
- The quality of work performed by freelancers
- Payment from clients to freelancers
- Availability of jobs or freelancers
- Accuracy of user-provided information
- Uninterrupted access to the Platform
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOFEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoFee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users should first be attempted to be resolved directly between the parties. NoFee may offer mediation services but is not obligated to resolve disputes.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
