- Promotes self-harm or suicide
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
2.3 Deceptive Content
- False or misleading information
- Fake job postings or fraudulent proposals
- Phishing attempts or scams
- Impersonation of other users or entities
2.4 Offensive Content
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Excessively violent or graphic content
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in the following activities:
3.1 Account Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Selling or transferring accounts
- Using automated tools to create accounts
3.2 Platform Manipulation
- Attempting to manipulate search rankings or visibility
- Artificially inflating ratings or reviews
- Using bots or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities (report them instead)
- Scraping or harvesting user data
3.3 Communication Abuse
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages
- Harassing or stalking other users
- Sending repeated unwanted communications
- Using the platform for unrelated commercial solicitation
3.4 Fee Circumvention
- Attempting to avoid platform fees through off-platform arrangements
- Soliciting users to conduct business outside the platform to avoid fees
- Misrepresenting project values to reduce fees
4. Job Posting Guidelines
When posting jobs, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete job descriptions
- Offer fair compensation for the work required
- Not post jobs that require illegal activities
- Not post jobs requesting personal information unrelated to work
- Not post jobs that are actually advertisements or promotions
- Not post jobs requiring upfront payments from freelancers
5. Proposal Guidelines
When submitting proposals, you must:
- Accurately represent your skills and experience
- Provide realistic timelines and pricing
- Not submit generic, templated proposals irrelevant to the job
- Not request upfront payments before work begins
- Not include external links to competing platforms
6. Review Guidelines
When leaving reviews, you must:
- Provide honest and accurate feedback based on actual experience
- Not exchange reviews for compensation or favors
- Not leave fake reviews (positive or negative)
- Not include personal attacks or discriminatory content
- Not disclose confidential project information
7. Security Requirements
To maintain platform security, you must:
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly
- Not attempt to access others' accounts
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures
8. Enforcement
We take violations of this policy seriously. Consequences may include:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
- Content Removal: Violating content will be removed
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension
- Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination
- Legal Action: Illegal activities may be reported to law enforcement
We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to protect the platform and its users.
