Large amount of image editing is required. 5,000 - 10,000 image edits required per edit categories. Edit Categories: Face-level edits: Skin retouching (texture smoothing, blemish removal, tone correction) Facial structure adjustments (subtle reshaping, symmetry correction) Makeup enhancement / correction (natural, glam, removal, style transfer) Expression edits (smile intensity, eye openness) while preserving identity Full-body human edits: Pose refinement or correction (natural limb geometry, hand fixes) Clothing edits (fit adjustment, wrinkle correction, color/material swap) Accessory addition/removal (glasses, hats, jewelry) Group / multi-person edits: Adding or removing people in a group scene Editing one person in a group scene (e.g. add glasses, change hair color) Human-centric restoration: Face deblurring / super-resolution Old photo restoration (scratches, colorization) Lighting correction on portraits Motion blur correction on people Image specifications: Required deliverables per edit: Original Image Edited Image Bounding Box Image PSD file Edit prompt (e.g. added glasses) Format: JPEG or PNG for images, PSD for layered file Resolution: 2K minimum (2048px on the short side) Aspect ratios always the same as source image Background: no cluttered backgrounds Volume: 5,000 to 10,000 pairs per category Pixel alignment: original and edited must be as pixel-aligned as possible Consistency Constraints: Identity preservation: subject identity must remain clearly recognizable across the pair Skin realism: no plastic or over-smoothed artifacts Anatomical correctness: hands, limbs, and facial features must appear natural Lighting and shadow harmonization: consistent across subjects and within each pair Old photo restoration: scene captures accepted if human-centric Metadata Requirements: Edit category label (one of the four categories above) Edit sub-type label (specific edit applied, e.g. skin retouching, pose refinement) File naming: original and edited linked by shared ID (e.g. original_0001.jpg / edited_0001.jpg) Acceptance Criteria & QA: Resolution meets 2K minimum on short side Pixel alignment confirmed between original and edited Edit category and sub-type labels present and accurate No cluttered or distracting backgrounds Identity preserved -- subject recognizable across the pair No plastic skin artifacts or visible AI-generation artifacts NO AI EDITS ALLOWED. All edits must be done manually using Photoshop or equivalent professional editing software. Any AI edit will disqualify the entirety of the data set. Note: the example images shared by Hub were created using AI for illustration purposes only -- the final output must not be produced using AI tools. Anatomical correctness verified (hands, limbs, facial features) Lighting and shadow consistent within each pair
